• AI-generated market analysis, price predictions, and signals

• Virtual (paper) trading portfolio for educational simulation
• News sentiment analysis and market research tools
• SMFAI — an AI chatbot for market-related queries

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform
• By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement
• The platform is available globally but primarily designed for Indian and US markets
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must verify your phone number as part of the registration process
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Each user may create only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited
• Demo/Guest access provides limited, read-only access to the platform features

4. Acceptable Use

You may:

• Use the platform for personal financial education and research
• Simulate trading strategies using the paper trading feature
• Access market data, analysis, and AI-generated insights for informational purposes
• Share your learnings and paper trading results for educational discussion

You may NOT:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform programmatically
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as guaranteed financial advice
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use the platform to promote fraudulent investment schemes

5. Financial Disclaimer

• Past performance of stocks, mutual funds, or indices does not guarantee future results
• AI-generated predictions may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for real investment decisions
• All paper trading is entirely simulated — no real money is involved
• We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or broker
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, AI models, and branding on this platform are owned by the developer (Krishna Gupta) and protected by copyright law
• Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains their intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform's content without explicit written permission
• User-generated content (watchlists, portfolio data) remains your property but you grant us license to store and process it to provide the service

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting)
• Google Analytics (anonymous usage analytics)
• NSE / BSE / Yahoo Finance (market data)
• Cloudflare (edge computing)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform
• We are not liable for any financial losses arising from reliance on platform content
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as the platform is free)
• We are not responsible for market data inaccuracies from third-party providers
